Individual Session
Brainspotting is a method I use to locate and address the source of blocks, increase strengths, and enhance creativity and performance. Through the eyes we are able to allow the brain to process what it needs to achieve our goals. The answers we seek are already within us if we are taught how to access them.
Sessions can range from 1 hour to 4 hours for an intensive experience. Brain processing often continues after the session for several days.
Couples Counseling
Oftentimes in a relationship it may begin to feel that we are growing apart and begin having difficulty communicating our needs. Allow me to help guide you into a space where you are able to identify and communicate your needs to your partner.
I have an 8 week program that is based upon the work I have done with other couples and the extensive training I have received in this area.
I will teach you about your nervous system and the impact of trauma on your whole being. You will increase communication skills, learn new ways to listen to your partner, develop increased understanding and empathy with your partner, and discover how to turn difficult conversations into opportunities for healing and connection.

Are you wondering what comes next, feel disconnected from your higher self, signs of burnout, or just looking to clarify purpose in the field you are practicing in, let me help you listen to the innate wisdom you were born with.
